[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — payment on hold - pathetic service and follow up | |||||
There was a customer payment received for rs.13478 more than a week against and payment put on hold for no fault o[censored]s or the customer... If the card is not allowed in our machine, why did mswipe allow it in the first place? Pathetic customer care too which promises 24, 48, 72 hours over multiple calls and email but all times have been busted. Absolutely pathetic and non-empathetic service.
