Hi i am sandeep jaiswal i make a request on 7 th of november 2016 to reactivate my mswipe machine my register contact number is [protected] and my mswipe machine id is [protected]. Now the problem is today is 18 th of november and my machine is not activitated yet as you can see it passed the 5 working days also, i am calling in your helpdelk daily from last 5 days and every days your executive promising me that the maching will activacted in the same day. Last day (17 th of november) when i call at your helpdeck one executive named mr. Yogesh kaddam promissed me that my machine will get activated in the same day at any cost, i asked him many times that what if it wont activated in the same day and he replied continuesselly that it get started in the same day and guess what it wont activated yet, you can also go through our call record. Now i just get frustrated by your service and praud promisess and i want my machice to get activated now or i have to take leagel action against you and i also want you to take a step against those fraud executive, for profe you can hear my all call records.
