Dear sir/mam I m durgesh puri owner of shree sai electronics mohali 11 phase my complaint is that about your mswipe machine i have swipe my own card on your machine but the payment is not transact in my account this is third time you done with this to me.. Verified Support Jan 06, 2020 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Hon’ble Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. India We highly apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed. As per the complaint received, we have gone through merchant terminal details and have noticed that amount of INR. 25, 069/- has been Charged Back. Requested the merchant to kindly provide us the invoice copy of the same transaction done.
