[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unethical behaviour and refund not received | |||
On[protected] payment was done from our side for the m-swipe machine and the representative promised to deliver it within 7 to 8 days. As promised the delivery person did show up on the eighth day but he behaved in a very inappropriate way that my mother is yet to recover from the mental trauma she had been through continuously for two days from the person. Neither did he provide us the information regarding the machine nor did he deliver it. We have called up your customer care number for more than five times and yet we have no response regarding the complaint nor have they refunded our amount. We are deeply disappointed with the way your company has made us feel from past one month. Kindly help us get our refund back. Was this information helpful? | |||
