[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unnecessary amount deducted from account due to mswipe technologies mistake | |||||
I manoj chandiramani registered no. [protected], with mswipe from past 2 years, would bring to your notice that your team is giving false information to the customers and deduct unnecessary amount from the customers. Your team activates and deactivates any plan for their consumers without any prior notice and gives false information to the customers. Rents are deducted twice for one plan and when the customer draws the attention for this, the amount gets refunded and the plan is deactivated without any notice and taxes starts getting deducted. I was in 30 k plan which i was been informed that it is mandatory.in the month of may 2018 i was been charged twice for the 30 k plan (177 rupees) but when i complained about this to mswipe callcentre, i was been refunded that amount saying it was a technical fault. Now is the month of june 2018 mswipe deducted taxes from my swipes saying that the 30 k plan is deactivated, which i was totally unaware. Please refund me the unnecessary amount of taxes which mswipe has deducted from my account and continue with 30 k plan as before for the month of june 2018 and for further also.
