[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — unnecessary charges | |||||
Sir, my name is vijaya kumar mannava. Last year in dec 2017 my brother had taken mswipe machine on his mob no.[protected] and given my account number for credit of money and paid 3000/- for machine. We had used the machine for 10 days in dec 2017 only at expo for book stall, after that we don’t used the machine. After one year today at 15:32, on 17 dec 2018 one rep from mswipe (Phone no.[protected]) call me and told to pay rs. 6500/- as charges, if not paid they will cut the money from my account. At the time of taking machine no one has tell us regarding any charges. Ok if i know the charges why i wait for one year. This machine has not been used for one year, why don’t you come up after 02-03 months after purchasing machine, why you come up after one year, and told to pay the charges. I am not in a stage to pay that charges. I am a pensioner; my house runs on my pension only. If any queries pls call on my mob no.[protected]. If you want machine pls take back it is in brand new condition. If you want any explanations pls call me on my mobile number.
