[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — what to surrender my machine.?

I have requested to surrender my machine on 1/3/18 complaint no. Tbk02257186 but there was no action from your side even after regular reminders and every month mahine charge are deducted from my bank account. Please take expedient action or else legal action would be taken.
