[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — worst service ever | |
I am sunil kumar GS and my m swipe booking register number is [protected]. Due to your staff negligence i am facing this issue .. In october 2018 first week i booked one mswipe machine and paid 1900 rs at booking time.after one month your installation person came with machine and that is very old and scratched machine.i directly rejected that machine and ask him give new as i booked for new. ( Marketing executive told providing new ) after that i called your customer toll free number many times but till today no use and nobody helps me regarding this..all your customer care excutives giving assurance as politicians.. Finally i decided to bring this issue to your knowledge.i hope you will take issue in high priority... Really i fedup with your team and service in starting stage..why we should pay amount for old and used machine sir ..i paid for new machine...requesting you please take necessary action for new machine or refund my amount..
