[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Wrong commitments | |||
The sales person Irshanth Ahmed Given a wrong commitments to us. At the time of buying the machine, We have asked, "if we will give this machine after one month means how much you will refund". The person said, "Rs. 400/- per month will be refundable". and he didn't say any thing about the installation charges and all. But now we are trying to give back the machine, The CRM manager saying that Rs. 2, 400/- will be deducted for installation charges and the remaining amount only will be refundable. We said, "your sales person didn't give any information like this". The CRM manager said that sales persons are not responsible for further services and quries; Their work was over after you booked the machine and gave the Payment for the machine. This is not fair. We didn't expect from a organization such as you. Each and Every persons saying different different answers for each person. We need a correct solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
