[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — wrong deduction of monthly rental & swapping charges | |||
I haven issue with mswipe cmpany last month i was spoke to mswipe c. C. E name (Sagar) i was discuss with him regarding my monthly rent due's pending, my total due's was rs. 4199/- so sagar said if you pay 2500/- then your rental will be waived off, i was paid next day through razor pay which is received link through sagar, my amount not refund yet. I followup multiple times but same happen every time mswipe c. C. E told me your refund initiated will be after 2 to 3 days i am coutine following this issue to mswipe team but i'm not getting any satisfactory answer from mwsipe side, my liable amout is 4199/- + 673/- total 4872/- please i request to mwsipe company refund my amout asap. Verified Support Feb 01, 2019 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Hon’ble Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. IndiaWe highly apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed. We tried to connect Merchant in this regards on [protected], unfortunately there was no response. Still as per the complaint received Merchant had Outstanding amount for INR 4119/- according to which offer was provided to pay 2500/- and waive off the Total Outstanding amount of Merchant. Same is been provided to Merchant as per offer applied. Thank you. | |||
