[Resolved]  Mswipe — voided transaction

Its being more than 50 days but not the customer nor me received the voided transaction amount.

Such a worst customer service,
none has the data nor the bank nor the mswipe

frikked of following and talking to un-professsional
mswipe agents

solve the issue, customer clamied whole amount from me .

mswipe ask to contact bank

none takes initiative to solve this problem

get 5 calls per day for mswipe based loan but not a single for resolution

no proper department for complaints

agents 1st said to wait 7 working days
then said to e mail for 1 week
then gave whats app no

passed 1 month then finally said they wont have any details for cancelled transaction

if some humanity is still left in u people

As per the complaint received we would like to inform you for the said Transaction of INR [ 26500/- ] which is voided/Cancelled on the same day, in such case we have not received any Fund we have informed Merchant to contact Cardholder Respective Bank as the fund is lying in suspense of their Bank itself.
