Hi
I am ashok kumar having a shop at js 07 at msx mall and i was assured to give monthly returns till 7 years but after 2 years builder has stopped to pay the assured returns charges. He is forcing me to take the bigger shop at other location for which i m not ready. Neither he is returning the money and nor he is giving answers of my queries. I am in deep trouble and watsed my 8 lakhs of money with them. Please see if any lawyer can help me out in this.
