I am jacob this is not a complaint but the suggestion behind with sad story i was about to travel from thiruvallur to karikalavakkam my native through bus from thiruvallur bustand i got bus no:tno1 an 0491 route thiruvallur to redhills no:505. Incident happened nearly 1-1:30 pm am with my trespassers seated in the bus near front exit bus driver taken noon meals in bus itself near back exit step within some minute one old man came and asked him at what time bus will start immediately he arose with angry and shouted all the passengers to get down from bus so i asked him what wrong asked with you sir you are shouting at all and he answered all people not allowing me to eat so i insisted to him we are not heartless to stop the workman from eating change the rude talking manner and he went to eat back again after within a minute one old lady get inside bus and asked of driver please move water bottle i want to seat at windows seat immediately he shouted me and asked call that appatakkar see what she asked old lady with fear asked sorry and i was totally upset and i began to move from that bus to take another bus. I humbly request you to please allocate time to eat for drivers and conductors and and insist drivers and conductors to speak with tendency but am not taking about all the drivers and conductors but some of them working with their own and spoils overall employs and corporation name in bad opinion why because milliners and billionaires using their cars to travel buses are used by downtrodden and poor peoples if they shout arrogantly they even do not know to to complaint or get forward to superior so kindly give training more to driver and conductors about talking with
Behave with passengers especially tn01 an[protected]
505 driver. This is not a complaint but request to speak with tendency with poor bus passengers. Thank you for read my suggestion fully and consider the same.
