No certificate, no quality training of HR Process, no placement assistance

I have paid Rs 7000 for online HR Generalist training, certifications and Placement assistance from Metier HR Services Company. At the time of admission this company (Metier HR Services) assured me of full practical knowledge in HR Generalist and 100 % placement assistance. After enrolled neither I got full practical knowledge in HR Generalist training nor 100% placement assistance. I also didn’t get certificate after completion...
