Hi team,
Our MTNL line has been dead for past months since pandemic started. Even then, we have made all the payments and still our lines are not restored. MTNL keeps sending bills and takes our payment on time but they have not restored it to working condition since pandemic.
Pandemic has affected everyone equally and that does not mean that you keep collecting money from customers and not give service.
I have senior citizens in my house and they rely on these landlines.
Requesting you to look into it and initiate action as I tried all possible options.
