Everyone someone calls asking for whether my internet is working. The person just ask “kya internet main problem hai”. Before listening to our reply which is definitely “No” for that question, person disconnects. It seems that the person is keen in recording his question to attach as a resolution for that docket no. Sometimes the person assures that I will come at your place and check. So till date he has just come once, where he told its landline instrument fault. For this i bought an instrument of Rs. 800/- and tried to connect thru Wi-Fi. And guess what, internet is still not working. Well now I am expecting some other answer from your engineer, probably like the line is faulty so remove all the conceal wiring and renovate your house with new wiring. Well that would be a fab answer. Two months is definitely a high time for a big organisation like yours, to resolve this issue.
