Pros - they bring numerous project so its good for fresher to experiment new technlogy. Pleasant & free environment to work, good workers are always appreciated & obviously you will get your salary release on a specific date.
Cons - its all about perception.
Advice to management - its really good the way you go for the employees to follow rules & regulation & to be on time etc etc...
