[Resolved] Mts — Data Card and their service Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] | |||
MTS Account Number: [protected] MTS Number: [protected] Dear Sir, I am using MTS Data Card from past six months and also paying thier bills promptly, but from last 5 days the Data Card is having problem and i am unable to connect it.. When I visited MTS Outlet at COllege Road, Belgaum, Karnataka. They done some R & D with my DataCard, and when when they were unsbale to get it connect, their executive told me to go to some other outlet. I mailed all this matter to [protected]@mtsindia.in and appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in, on first day I didnt received any reply from them, so I told them to Solve my Matter (start Data Card) or else return my deposit money and disconnect it. Without no time they just disconnected my Data Services, , and they are telling now that Deposit for Data Card will not be refunded.. Is this how a customer is being treated by these Cheap Services COmpanies?? With reference to your query dated 10/Dec/14 and as per our telephonic conversation regarding MTS number [protected] about service disconnection, we have raised a request for account cancellation and the request number is 8320124. We would like to inform you that it would take a maximum of 7 days to disconnect your services.
In this regard, we would like to know the reason for the disconnection of the account. If there is any inconvenience please let us know, so that we would be able to resolve the issue.
