We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#976877). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.

MTS Towers 334, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122001
They are the biggest cheater and block mailer to the customer by raising a legal notice even before the due date of our bill. MTS thinks that the Indian Laws are constituted by them.
Please don’t lose your money from your hard work and don’t get cheated or block mailed by them.
They will commit one thing at the time of taking connection and the MTS representative will come to your home and he would fill the monthly tariff by himself. Then he asks you to put your signature. But the first bill will make you to realize why have you not checked the tariff which was wrongly entered by MTS representative who will put the monthly tariff on his own interest so that he would get better commission by MTS. Don’t get cheated by them because there some good service provider like ACT, BSNL, etc.
If you are not willing to continue their service and when you request for disconnection, they will never disconnect the service easily, because they need your money. They will disconnect after 1 or 2months of your disconnection notice. NEVER NEVER OPT FOR MTS.
Aware and beware of service provider like MTS.
