Mts shut down without intimation
Please refer to sms received last week regarding the subject of recharge with stv 551 before expiry 31/10/2017. Myself m. Pugalendhi my mts no. [protected]. I had payment sent through frch.in online payment ref no. [protected] dated 31/10/2017 at 19.23 pm. But mts shut down without intimation; so we faced business heavy loss. We want networks need and essential.
Lot of time we tried customercare of mts no response nothing to picked. We required solution with money loss. Pls take necessary action immediately.
