[Resolved]  Mts — MTS Mblaze 9.8mbps speed is not working, i am getting only 0.68kbps to 1mbps speed only.

sir my MTS Mblaze number:- [protected].. i had purchased this MTS MBLAZE data card on 2nd may 2014 and i was promised that i will get guarenteed speed o[censored]pto 9.8MBPS but i am getting only 0.68kbps to 1.0 mbps.. its working very slow and i am unsatisfied regarding this.. and i have complainted to MTS customer care they registered complaint on 3rd may 2014 and they said they will proceed in 22 hours but till now no response from them.. they still dint clear my speed problem... i request you to help me in getting my MTS speed as soon as possible, .. please do contact me on my registered number and clear my problem.
