[Resolved]  Mts — MTS mblaze not providing speed

sir im using MTS mblaze wifi data card.. my mts number is [protected]. and my contact number is: [protected].. when i bought this the said me that i will be getting 9.8 mbps speed but im not even getting 1mbps speed .. i have given complaints twice but no response and they just closing the complaints without solving the problem.. sir i kindly request you to clear my problem.. i want speed sir.. please do contact me and solve my problem.. thank you
