Mts Prepaid Mobile Service — mts prepaid tamilnadu online tariff plan two plan same amount

dear sir I am sasi my mobile number [protected] 25/6/2015 time 12.51 PM i was recharged my mobile Rs 47 (transaction ID[protected] Airtel money ) following below tariff plan address online side 1.this talk time plan https://www.mtsindia.in/Tamilnadu/msavers.html Allways talk sachet Rs 47 and 2. Romaing pack https://www.mtsindia.in/Tamilnadu/roaming.html Rs 47 i had done first one. but nothing got it. 25/06/2015 i was given a compliant to mts customer care (some many times) they said within two days money will replace (simple says mts senior not given a compliant number) still not done 04/07/2015 i was call them. they telling we can`t to any things that is rooming pack please give me a right solution this going on some many times thank you regards, K.sasi a.[protected]@gmail.com [protected]
