My device has separated into two parts and I have been running pillar to post for its replacement as I need internet for my project work.my device no is [protected]. I even visited the Corp office in okhla phase 1, Delhi but to no avail. They have asked me to cough up any amount from[protected] rs worth of money to get a replacement.Where is the justice in this and how do I get it done.Its been more than a week and Mts customer care has been giving outdated nos of mts service centres. Being a female student does not allow me to travel to places more than 25 kms to a service centre with the hope that they might replace it as it still has 20 gb of data left on it.
