MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — misbehavior of call center executive | |
I have been using mblaze data card from last 3 years. Recently i recharged my prepaid account [protected] with 499 on 29th june 2017 and i got around 12 gb of data but in the running month i got network speed issues multiple times and i complained about it as well but no one responded positively. Today (27th july 2017) also i called customer care for this issue and a person named k. K mishra from delhi received my call, i asked to send a technical person so that he can check what is the exact problem as i have faced this issue 4 times in this month but he refused to send and tell to perform the basic checks which i have already made and conveyed it to him as well. (I am an engineer by profession so i think i can do this on my behalf before calling to customer care) i told him clearly 28th july is my next recharge date and still, 8gb data is pending so it will be good if he can send a person and i can use some of the data amounts before i lost it but he refused to send and tell, no problem let it be wasted. I just want to say, customers have paid you money that is why they got 12 gb of data. You as an organization has a responsibility to give service and maintain good relations with the customers. This kind of behavior is a true reason to lose trust on company's service and policies. Was this information helpful? | |
