I would like to let you know that I have recharged for Rs 1599 36 GB data plan which is my last transaction in my account([protected]). Kindly note most of the time I use the data card on my laptop so whenever MTSIndia page opens the Account Information shows available data which is about 32 GB (unused data) and my validity date as 10 March 2017. This is the reason due to which I did not recharge my account.
When I contacted customer care on 9 March 2017 they said that it is some other validity and my last validity date was 8 March 2017 which was also intimated through SMS. I would like to let you know for example whenever we open our online bank account information whatever information it shows will be the one anyone would take into consideration rather than a SMS. So this is how I lost my unused data(32 GB) i.e (I was sticking to my account information page details which is 10 March 2017) and I would also like to know why should the account information page indicate some other validity which is of no use to a customer but instead it creates inconvenience to us.
So I hope you would have understood my issue, therefore kindly help me to retrieve my unused data (32 GB) as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
