MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Mts data card - not responding | |||||
My mts data card number is "[protected]". I register a complain in customer care for the replacement of the data card as my data card has been stolen/lost. Customer care representative "himandhu singh" asked me to make a recharge of rs699 and then they will deliver the product to my address as per their commitment. I made the recharge on 29th sep and drop a mail to mr. Himanshu. I got the reply form him on 3oth sep that "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to the concerned department. We request you to kindly wait for 48 working hours" and this the last mail i got from mts care. Since then i am continuously doing mail and call to the customer care. Over call the care person is saying that they have no idea about this complain and Over mail no one is responding to the mail. I have sent 6-8 mails after that and still waiting for their reply as i have spent rs699 and didnot get the product yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||
