For example, when i was experiencing bad connectivity, i called customer executive to resolve this. So, did he solved? Naaa... They are worst for it.
Sir, first type window + r then %temp%
Delete all temp files. Ok. I did it.
Second type window + r then prefetch
Delete all files. Ok. I did it.
Final step, unplug your domain and restart your system.
I did it then wait for 5- 10 minute and plug it. Ok.
Conclusion of all these *cking thing was ' low internet speed'
What best they can do?
1. I apologize to you.
2. Let me register your complaint
3. Can i put your call on hold for 30 seconds? Then? He/ she put my call on hold at least for 5-10 minute. (Dude, don't you know customer hold policy)
I had a very bad experience with mts staffs. They don't know how to talk (For example, sir, apne apna bill nahi pay kiya hai. Karwo do. Nahi to number band ho jayega. Abe chalta kab hai.. Yeh to bta.)
They don't know technical things (Lack of training) they even talk to you rudely.
Short story:
One day i decided not to pay a bill rs 863 because i am not getting speed what they promised 9.8mbps/s. You are killing it man...
Mts staffs are genuinely not interested in solving your problems. They just want you to pay bills. They will tell you that we are registering your complaint but actually they don't. They don't have details of your last complaint. You have to explain your problem again and again.
Precautions: don't use it!
