MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Recharge issue | |||
My mts data card number is [protected]. On 30 may 2017 at 10:06 am i recieved a phone call from mts customer care no [protected] and promised to give 21 gb data against 499 recharge. But after recharging on the same day i recive only 7 gb data. Mts customer care did not solve my problem. So please take necessary steps. I want to dissconnect my mts connection of number [protected]. I have sent mail regarding this twice on 9th june 2017 and 11th june 2017 but yet not het any confirmation reply mail regarding this. . I have cleared all the dues(you can check). from next time onwards i dont want any bill generation for this number.
