MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — to disconnect mts postpaid connection

I was using mts data card connection, due to very poor customer service and extra amount charges on monthly bill i planned not to use mts. Have been informing many times in mts customer care to disconnect my postpaid data card, but they didnt disconnected and asking me everymonth to pay the bill though i am not using and for not paying charging late payment fees.
Can someone pl help me in this regard.

Updated by prem1277 Hope atleast someone can respond but till now no response. Atleast after complaining in Consumer Complaints also no luck.
