My complaint as follows:
My mts datacard number [protected].
I have been used the above number for two years. I paid the amount on every month on date/time without late fee.
I have raised the complaint on febraury 28th, 2017 19:31:44 (Refer case no: feb/2506) but there is no proper reply from your side.
On the next day (March 01, 2017) i got a sms from mts 'your complaint no:feb/2506 has been closed'.
So you said only closed not solved. Each and every time i am only asked your technical team about the issues.
After that they only said 'the device is not working' and let you know if device stock is available or not, but there is no reply from your end.
Again i called your time and asked about the device stock then only they told 'there is no stock at this time. So you can pay with un billed amount and disconnect it'.
I am a self employee and working at home with the help of internet, so just think my situation from my end.
Every day i got a call from customer service and they are asking about the payment only, they are not ready to hear my problems.
They told me you can pay with unbilled amount and disconnect it.
Why i am paying the amount for the not working device? So you are losing a valuable customer like me due to your service. Was this information helpful? |
