[Resolved] Mts — WIFI not working from Day 1 | |||
I bought a new MTS Mblaze Ultra dongle on May 1 st. Since the first day my wifi is not working. I raised multiple requests and sent many emails to customer care. but did not get satisfied response. the primary reason for my to buy the wifi dongle was to use wifi, and that purpose was not solved. I also have an airtel connection that I use for m y internet purpose. MTS technicians who saw the problem, understood it to be a technical issue from their end, even then, my complaint as closed without proper communication, and I have to keep raising complaints. Please help me get the issue resolved at the earliest and provide me a suitable compensation for the numerous calls and email and my time over the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
