I have purchased an MTS BLAZE ULTRA data card and has never been satisfied with their service. First of all, they neither send any mail nor any SMS whenever the data usage expires. When the data usage expires without any notice, the net connection goes off immediately and I am left in total confusion, whether any problem with the net connection or the data usage had expired. In fact, it would be useful, if they resort to some system so that the customer is always shown in the display about the balance data usage available at all times. In this connection, I talked to them and they are helpless. The company does not at all maintain transparency with the customer. In case of monthly subscription, it would be difficult to remember the date of renewal.
To add with the misery, the company’s website never serves any purpose, if one wants to know the balance usage available. I therefore, suggest the readers, not to opt for MTS BLAZE ULTRA for their Internet requirements.
