MultilinkWorld — aeps payout from wallet

My kcode is 53143. I have about rs-39000 in my multilink wallet through aeps. But there is no pay out option in multilink site from[protected]. And all services were closed from[protected]. Only aeps service is active. From yesterday[protected] my kcode was blocked without any notice. And there is no positive response from customer care service from[protected]. So i want to know what is the issue. I am a partner with you from sept-2017. From[protected] my income is rs-0. I want to continue business with you for a along time. So i request you please unblock my kcode and give all services that i have before[protected].

Now my account is unblocked by you. But no service is working in my portal. All the services are showing in the Dashboard but nothing is active. So how can I use that money of my wallet. So please activate all the services of my Kcode

Really apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

We can understand your concern due to Audit work we have block the funds and it will be release soon

coming back to services we have restarted all the serivces request you to please upload new fund for working capital and start working with us.

temporary money transfer, BBPS, are not working rest all services are working properly.

Only AEPS is working properly. I.e., only payin is there, no payout is available.Today I did an AEPS of Rs- 200 it is working properly then I recharged a mobile no. It shows please contact your administrator or insufficient balance. So when it will work properly

Dear Sir, currently you can't use your old balance if you deposit new balance then only you can use all services.

There is no solution till now.it is already 2 month.you told that by February end it will resolve.but today 2-3-2020 and no solution till now.when It will work properly. There is no income from multilink for last 2 month. Please give solution for it. My k code is 53143.And Rs. 8324.20 is temp. Block amount. When it will release.
