MultilinkWorld — customer care support. they never pickup calls from us

My k code is 70660. I tried lots of time during lockdown period to tontact with customer care but they never received calls from me. I have to inquery many of things but its not being possible. The have some amount blocked in my panel why they are not releasing this amount. Product service is not bad at all, but there are lots of private company doing much batter thn multilink. So pls resolved my problems. If it is possible pls make the customer support more stronger. Customer careis the faith for us. If you are not supporting us after taking lots of money from us how we can believe you. So pls
