[Resolved]  Multilinkworld.com — cheated me

dear all, i ms saini, have purchased the products including all (like rail tickets, yes bank, recharge, bill payment & many more) at a cost of RS. 10, 000/-. At the time of purchasing the products they (mr. Thapa, the trainee branch manager), promised that you will be given all the services offered by the company within a week or two that is within 15 days. The recharge services will start 1st initially. And the balance service will start in 15 days later. Training will also be provided. I have purchased the products on 22nd September, 2014 the service. but till now i won't get the money transfer benefit. The railway ticket booking is given to me on 20th November, 2014. The trainee branch manager mr. thapa. told that you will be given the following benefits: 1. All types of mobile recharge 2. All types of bill payments. 3. Train, bus, flight ticket booking 4. Money transfer 5. Marketing in my area. 6. Banners and hording in your locality and the Rly station so that the customer come to know what I am providing to the general public. 7. All types of supports which is required for increasing the sales. 8. Product training will also provide to you. Till now, i won't have received the following. 1. Money transfer 2. Marketing in my area. 3. Banners and hording in your locality and the Rly station so that the customer come to know what I am providing to the general public. 4. All types of supports which is required for increasing the sales. 5. Product training. While contacting mr. thapa, he says that right now he in nashik for customer follow up. Later on he has taken leave that also of more than a month. I am not against the leave, but I told him that plz. Transfer the case to other person so that I will get the service started of train, cash card, money transfer, product training, i have paid as per their saying and after 4 months also they have not given the full benefits. since the date of starting the business, i have the burden of 1. Rs. 3500 of electricity bill payment. 2. Rs. 16000/- of rental space, 3. Rs. 16000/- of 1 boys salary. 4. Not taken a single Rupee to home in the last 4 months. and the business i have done just Rs. 25000/- approx. that is 2.5% of the Rs. 25000/- is comes to RS.625/- only. while emailing the problem their is no reply from the company. the one answer i got is your queries is transferred to the concerned staff and will let you know later. And also they reply to the email or queries raised by us as “ if you won’t get the reply from us in 48hours, you can escalate your queries to [protected]@multilinkworld.com “ After escalating the queries to [protected]@multilinkworld.com it is of no use. No proper feedback response, I am getting. 1. I am getting very harassed by the company, when depositing the money their account via NEFT they are not crediting the amount to my account, saying that please provide the correct NEFT No. after sending the no. as per the RBI, by visiting 3 to 4 times in the branch and also confirming from the bank, then also they are saying that we got the same amount transferred to our account by another party. 2. By asking why you are not transferring the amount to my multilink account, they are telling that we got 2 deposit of Rs. 5000/- on same day, with same issue, in the same branch of icici bank and the fun thing is that the NEFT No. is provided by the both party is not matching.
