Order didn't came but no order history in abanke shopping website and payment as been done please refund the money and ban such type of websites I had been found that type of websites on Google shopping.

    This site http://mulyashop.com/ booked my Order ID : IBATUMVIJ on 26th November 2014.
    Whole payment paid in advance.

    After that no product delivered or not refunding money till date, After so long follow up by me i want to complain against this fraudulent company.

      I purchased a Lenovo phone model :Lenovo A328 from this company dated 25th nov 2014, whose order reference HFRWSKUIN. they were not supplied to me even after 35 days . After that I cancelled my order . According to company policy, it takes 7-10days to refund my money. But again they failed to refund the money . i have not received my money yet.

        I made an apparel order from mulya shopping and I have never received the item or refund. I keep contacting them and they said my payment will be refunded but it never happen. Its been over 10 months now. They even not bothered to reply Its a scam company never use it

          we are booking mobile mulyashop.com on 15.12.2014 amount paid same day through SBI Cr Card Rs.11814 . ICICI Payment gate way .Order ref no USLLNAJGS 12/15/2014 . they are not shipped my order . So we are request my order canceled and refund the amount on 05.01.2015, They are accepted my request . But till now not refund my amount in my account. Finally they are cheated me . So please help me . Thanking You.

              i complaint to consumer complaints after that i got a mail from mulya shop on 2nd feb they told me it will refund ur money with in 10-14 working days 21 days completed still not recived money plz help us Dear Manohar Sade, Greetings from Mulyashop.com and thank you for shopping with MulyaShop. We wish to inform you that your refund request for the order ID: BXEIGXUMW has been processed on January 31, 2015. The refund transaction ID for the same is [protected] of ICICI PAYMENT GATEWAY. The same will reflect in your bank account. We do not have any influence on the time scales once the refund is preceded from us. The refund will take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account in case of private banks and 10-14 working days in case of nationalized banks.                 I placed an order on December 3rd for a mobile phone Order: JGBDAQDYU placed on 12/3/2014 10:01:28 Payment: Icici Payment gateway.But still i didnt get the order and many times i request to cancel the order and refund the money but they are not willing to do all these things

                  Dear Sir, I have ordered Lenovo A536 mobile worth Rs.6222/- in Mulyashop.com on 10th December 2014. Still there is no response from them, no SMS, no E-Mail, No proper feed back about the order. and i have tried to contact to their number[protected] but no one picked the call ever. I think they have not any product, they are cheating people and collecting the money as prepaid orders. Please take action on them. So many peoples are suffering of their FRAUD.                     I have ordered Lenovo A369i mobile phone on 25/12/2014 & completed payment process through ICICI payment gateway. Till taday i.e. 23/01/2015 I have not received my product or any email or confirmation for the same. I can not contact on customer care no. also. REMINDER FOR REFUND OF RS. 3194/- I have cancelled my order for Lenovo A369i on 15/01/2015 through your customer care over telephone. So, you are requested to refund my full amount of Rs. 3194/- to my bank a/c at the earliest. Still I have not received my refund. Please give my refund immidiately.

                      I have bought one mobile LENOVO A536 through online shopping site mulya.com on 31 december refernce code: IWGMTMFDD.Evert time when i ask send email to customer care .it will be shipped in 4 to 6 days every time .but i dont see any improvement .Either i am getting product or i am not getting refund .this is my number [protected]. please resolve my complaint

                          i have order the one, Acer Gateway NE56R Laptop (2nd Gen PDC/ 2GB/ 500GB/ Linux/ 128MB Graph) (Black), order reference no. 55090. On dated – 2.4.2014 and make the payment of Rs. 15725/- for such order through credit card. But by today date 11.5.2014 did not received the product or refund amount. I have called customer care at least 100 of times and they said that the refund will be credited to your account by the Monday they give me assurance for the refund the amount from seven weeks and seven Monday has been passed away but no refund has been given now the pathetic part is that the call centre not picking my phone call. Now the I have cross my all patience level I have to move to Consumer Forum court. They don’t know that I am also a lawyer so I will not allow them to take my money in just like that.
