Dear Sir I have order place on dt 30.12.14 of panasonic P81 (black) Order no: TQSAYRLXE mobile and i have paid this amount through my card a/c and that time you have send the order no send me on mobile no and maid Id the order is successful. After this you have send mail (Due to some technical errors one our test product, that you have purchased, went on live with wrong price for a brief period. We are very sorry to say that we will not be able to process this order. So we are refunding the same.) then i have called the customer executive the customer executive told him the order cancelled for my side but i have not a cancelled this order. i have not a send cancelled request and not a calling. so why should you told and blame to me for your customer executive. please clarify of this matter and send me a phone other wise i have complained this order regarding for consumer forum and reply it as early as possible Thanks Dipen Shah Was this information helpful? | |||
