Cafe andora is situated at saint dominic road, opposite st. Andrew's high school, bandra west, mumbai 400050. This shop is illegal set up on salsette property which strictly forbids or disallow's any commercial set up in their locality. There are reasons to believe that they have no licences issued from your dept. (Fire dept.) as the shop is less than 300sqft. And does not qualify for certificates issued by your dept.
