Mumbai Global Land Investment Ltd. — complaint against ltd. company dealing in land investment, open plots, etc. refund of rs. 462,000/-.

I Shekhar R Bakshi after viewing a newspaper advertisment given by M/s The Mumbai Global Land Investment Ltd. I visited their office ( 4&5, 2nd Floor, OM Hira Panna Mall, Next to Oshiwara Police Station, Oshiwara, Andheri/W, Mumbai 400053) on 09/12/2011 and booked two plots (111 and 112) situated at survey no. 19/3, village-Aamboli, taluka -Dahanu, Dist- Thane, with a booking amount Rs. 62000/- and accordingly entered into a MOU.
Afterwards, as per the terms/conditions of MOU, I regularly paid instalments from 08/02/2012- 14/12/2012 of Rs.8000 X 13= 104, 000.
From 14/01/2015 – 14/10/2015, the instalments of Rs. 24000 X 10= 240, 000. The last two instalments of 28000 X 2= 56000/- paid on 14/11/2015 and 14/12/2015.
Made the entire payment of Rs. 462, 000/- by cheque through ING VYASA BANK LTD. (Kotak Mahindra).
But till date, they have not given me possession of my above plots. When I approached them about the same, they did not given any satisfactory reply. Moreover, after one year they shifted their office to DLH Park, Goregaon.
Now they are not responding and their contact no. is inactive since last two years.
I am under complete distress since I have invested my hard earned money.
Please help me to recover my amount of Rs. 462, 000/-
