I my name is Melvyn Lobo and I had placed a order on Askmebazaar.com for Adidas Men's Sports Shoes for the amount of Rs. 1199/- COD and the order no was AB1908155 Wrong shipment was done and the same was addressed to the customer support team. Complain number qrc369734 There were very quick in picking up the product and I have yet not received the refund. I always call their Helpline Number [protected] and get stories that refund amount is in process and will be refunded to your account but nothing is happening.

Very much surprised now after raising the complain, I get a call stating that refund has been done. On calling the helpline number they said that the refund was done on 12th June in my HDFC Bank.

I told them that there was no refund received and also sent them the statement of account for the same.

As usual...now they are silent again.

Just trying to buy time.

One more call and the same answer...Refund will be done after 7 to 10 working days.

Can someone look into this and take appropriate action?
