I ordered a dell inspiron 15 on flipkart big billion sale on 11th oct 2018 vide my order id "od[protected]" at a good discount and additional discount of rs.2500.00 for using hdfc debit card. I received the parcel on 18th oct. 2018 at 7.00pm. To my utter shock, when i opened the parcel, it contained a totally scrapped toshiba laptop without a hard disk and no power supply. The contents are not worth rs.500 even for a scrap dealer. I immediately contacted flipkart helpline, they promised to revert back within 24 hours. I am waiting.
