There is a terrible harrasment going on in Thane city on the name of NO PARKING AREA. It had happened today once again in the evening neaar Teen Petrol Pump.Every now and then these people come up with new rules and without updating the citizens, they are implementing it. Its happened with me thrice in past two months. R we earning for paying such fines all the time??? I asked the concern person so politely last time too, the lady informed the rule about YELLOW LINE parking.This time she came up with new rule of TMC Pay n Park. I asked her to elaborate on it n she simply disconnected my call. She wasnt availlable in the office too. Her assistants denied to provide any information. We being educated and respponsible citizens, ready to follow all the rules but the main thing is that we should know the rules. AT first I thought of writing on RTI but there are more than 1000 cases pending over there.So, I thought of taking help of most powerful weapon i.e.THE MIRROR. I request you to help me to find out the solution for this. I learnt driving recently to save myself from the trouble of autorickshawwalas(as they always used to deny to drop near my place), I bought new vehicle from my savings but instead of getting benefited its leading to heavy losses. I feel I am paying more as fine than for petrol for my vehicle. I have the proofs of the same. The recceipt, photograph of both the boards standing together i.e. No parking and Pay N Park, Name n contact details of the lady traffic police.
