My complaint is in general.. Taxi fare meter reading have not been brought to control yet.
I hired a taxi from rbi, fort, mumbai to churchgate station.. The taxi meter read rs. 45/- while the nominal charge is mere rs.25/- not more. We commuters are facing this problem on a daily basis and the cabbies are sumtimes not even ready to ply short distances in case of emergency /urgency.
I wish some rules are set up by the govt to help middle class people like us to sustain life.
