Worst experience ever. Enumerated below:
As suggested by you, we are renting on another boat from mandwa jetty at 5 pm on march 4th, to come back to mumbai in spite of having booked a return trip with your company and having having paid for the full amount in advance.
This we are now doing after waiting for more than one hour inspite of giving you time in advance (At 2.30 pm) for pick up at 4 pm.
The rent cost of the return boat provided by boardwalk is rs. 8, 500 and we will claim the same + damages for the grave inconvenice cause to us and our families.
We were surprised with the insensitive casual approach to our booking and having made us to wait even 1 hour at the mumbai jetty and also your recommendation on making our return arrangements on our own. Was this information helpful? |
