Mumbai Traffic Police — a guy harassed me on road car

This happened at the inorbit mall signal. Me and my friend were travelling. A guy travelling behind by car number mh01by7066 (Bmc tag), kept honking. Upon just looking back to identify and find out as to why he is honking at the signal, he exited his car, and started threatening my friend, calling him names in marathi (Out of which we could only make out the word 'mother'). He tried attacking my friend, safely thwarted by my friend. After he left, still stuck at the signal, i exited the car to ask him what his problem was. He ignored the appeal and refused to acknowledge a peaceful conversation. Instead just kept honking.

Recently an illegal night parking services is started for autos on approach road to Lok Gaurav Complex blocking even footpaths no action is taken either bu Police or even BMC. Autos are parked on turns which blocks view of approaching vehicles which may lead to serious issues, action need to be taken on priority.
