Mumbai Traffic Police — I've been wrongly charged an e-challan

On 25/5/19, i've been wrongly charged of echallan#mumcm[protected], for parking where prohibited. There's no no parking sign anywhere. I spoke to the sari shop in front of which i parked and the person there told me it is parking. Car is not parked anywhere close to the curb and is very close to the footpath not blocking the road. Either put up a no parking sign or don't charge people wrongfully! I've attached video and picture proof.
