Mumbai Traffic Police — rash driving with purpose to harm me

Vehicle no mh 03 ab 2546 (White vokswagon car) : incident happened on 30th nov 9.40 pm at shreyas cinema ghatkopar junction signal when i was waiting at red singnal in my wagon r car. The driver of the vehicle was honking continuously inspite of red signal. I obviously didn't move as signal was red. So when the singnal cleared i drove at normal speed and he drove rashly passed my car with intension to harm me. Not once but thrice between shreyas signal and sarvodaya hospital signal at ghatkopar west. I then took a detour to avoid him or else this rash driving would have continued. There was a lady also in the front seat of the car beside this bearded driver. Pl take action. Warm regards sujit (Mob no [protected])
