Mumbai Traffic Police — rough driving and making sound through silencer

Motorbike plate no. Mh 01 aa 1876.
Driving roughly from shiv sena bhavan to gokhale road on pulsar rs 325. Creating unwanted sound through silencer, when speeding up. Bike colour looks grey in colour. Took cut when b. E. S. T. Bus is approaching to bus stop. Even bus make hard brake and passenger where about to fall. Even bus driver scold him but he did not stop. He started his ride from shiv sena bhavan (Footpath side) turning point. Approx 3:30 p. M. From shiv sena bhavan to gokhale road, mumbai.
The person age is 35 to 40 years approx.
With white and black beard. Aged person with muscular body. When we stop him he started showing attitude and style and some weird language. Sorry i dont have proof, but please check out road cctv camera. According to my given time.
