The traffic signal under santacruz chembur link road (Slip road/exit before gurgaon-mahul turn was not working for the past 6 months. While it has started to work it is erroneously timed... Just 9 seconds for the traffic coming in from bengaluru - mumbai hwy is a lot. This error in the timing of signal is causing a major chaos and traffic jam. Most days it take about 20-25 minutes to pass that one particular point. Please help resolve the issue.

I attach the details of the taxi driver who cheated me in the morning today creating a confusion in poorly lit vehicle and creating an illusion as though I had put RS.50 only quickly changing the Rs.2000 note. Please keep a watch on this taxi driver so that he will not cheat any one else.
